Important notice s and safety information
Main Features
The 8-inch touch screen electronic Brinell hardness tester is mainly used to measure the hardness of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys and some non-metallic materials such as hard plastic and bakelite.
It eliminates loading weights and adopts an electronic automatic loading system with 10-level test forces, providing wider testing range and higher accuracy.
Suitable for factories, workshops, laboratories, universities and research institutions.
Compliance Standards
EN, ISO 6507, EN ISO 6506, ASTM E-384, ASTM E-10-08, GB/T 231.2, JJG 150
Application Scope
Measures Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and bearing alloys, including hardened cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, forgings, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearing steel, etc.

Application scenarios
With a large indentation area, the Brinell hardness tester reflects the comprehensive properties of materials and is widely used in many fields.
Metallurgical Industry
Tests hardness of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other steels to evaluate quality and performance. Also measures hardness of non-ferrous alloys such as aluminum alloy and copper alloy, supporting formula adjustment and process optimization.
Forging Industry
Tests hardness of forgings to verify process effectiveness and quality. For large parts such as gear shafts and crankshafts, it checks hardness uniformity and internal defects.
Machinery Manufacturing
Aerospace: Tests hardness of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, wings, engine brackets and other components.
Automotive: Inspects engine blocks, crankcases, gears and other parts to meet design and performance requirements.
Power Industry
Tests hardness of boiler, steam turbine, generator and other power equipment parts. Ensures turbine blades have sufficient strength and wear resistance for safe operation.
Scientific Research
Used in R&D of new alloy materials to test hardness, analyze material properties and structure, and support material improvement.
Education
Widely used in teaching experiments of materials science, mechanical engineering and other majors in universities and vocational schools, helping students understand hardness concepts and testing methods.
