Electronic closed-loop control is applied for test force, realizing fully automatic loading, dwell and unloading.
The body is made of high-quality cast iron by one-time casting with automotive baking finish, featuring a smooth and attractive appearance.
Equipped with an automatic turret, it can switch automatically between indenter and lens for more convenient use.
Built-in universal hardness conversion scales support automatic conversion among all hardness units.
With high-definition optical dual objectives, it can measure indentations of different diameters under standard test forces from 31.25 to 3000 kgf.
Upper and lower hardness limits can be set; an alarm will activate when values are out of range.
Software hardness correction is available to adjust hardness values directly within a certain range.
Built-in database automatically saves test data in groups (up to 10 data per group, total storage over 2000 data).
Data can be output via USB (RS232 optional). Test results can be printed by the built-in printer.
Hardness curve display shows hardness changes clearly.
CCD image processing system or video measuring device is optional.
Accuracy conforms to GB/T 231.2, ISO 6506-2 and ASTM E10.
Application Scope
Used to measure Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and bearing alloys, including cemented carbide, carburized steel, quenched steel, surface-hardened steel, hard cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable castings, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearing steel, etc.
