The convenient control system supports automatic unit conversion across all hardness scales. The body is made of high-quality cast iron by one-time casting, with automotive-grade baking finish, presenting a smooth and attractive appearance.
Adopts electronic closed-loop control for test force application, realizing fully automatic loading, dwell and unloading. Upper and lower hardness limits can be set, with an audible alarm when out of range.
Built-in software hardness correction function allows direct adjustment of hardness values within a certain range. Equipped with database function: test data are automatically grouped and stored (up to 10 data per group, total storage over 2000 data).
Supports hardness curve display to show hardness variation clearly. Comes with a mini printer and data output via USB (RS232 optional). CCD image processing system is available as an option.
Accuracy conforms to DIN EN ISO 6506, ASTM E10 and GB/T 231.2.
Application Scope
Used to measure Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and bearing alloys, including hardened cast steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, malleable castings, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearing steel, etc.
