Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory.
What is your principle for the samples?
No free samples. But we provide 1piece as a sample order for all items.
Which payment can be acceptable?
We could accept the payment by T/T, Paypal, Western Union,L/C, etc.
Can you give a training?
Your technicians can come to our factory for a training. Drawell engineers can go to your place for local support (installation, training, debugging, maintenance).
How about the lead time?
If no stocks, it takes 7 to 15 working days to manufacture after receiving the advance payment. If in stock, 2-4 working days are possible. But it depends on the exact products and quantity.
What certificates will be offered?
CE and ISO are certified for most products. Always high quality is offered to avoid any defective products. Also, protective packaging is offered to avoid destroy during delivery.
What language is offered?
Pure English for the operation panel, display and manuals. Installation & operation videos will be provided as a guidance if necessary.
