The Mepao3 fully automatic grinding and polishing machine is a single-disc benchtop machine. This machine adopts an advanced microprocessor control system, allowing the grinding and polishing disc and head speeds to be infinitely adjustable. In terms of human-machine interaction, it uses a touch screen, making the setting of sample pressure, time, speed, and forward and reverse directions more intuitive. Only by changing the grinding and polishing discs or sandpapers and fabrics can the grinding and polishing processes be completed. It features smooth rotation, safety and reliability, low noise, and strong rigidity, thus demonstrating a wide range of applications.
This machine is equipped with a water cooling device that can cool the sample during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating and continuously wash away the grinding particles. The machine body is made of ABS plastic material, with a novel and beautiful appearance, and is resistant to corrosion and rust. The grinding and polishing head is equipped with a locking handle, making it convenient to rotate the grinding and polishing head and operate it easily.
