Main Features:
The Q-80Z type semi-automatic metallographic sample cutting machine is composed of a machine body, an electrical control box, a cutting chamber, a motor, a cooling system, and a cutting grinding wheel. This cutting machine can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of 80mm or less, but also rectangular samples with a height of 80mm and a depth of 200mm or less. The machine cools the sample through the cooling system to prevent overheating and avoid changes in the metallographic structure at the cutting edge due to high temperatures. Cooling effectively dissipates heat, maintains the original properties of the material, keeps the overall temperature of the workpiece stable, ensures that the shape and size of the cut sample meet the requirements, and significantly extends the service life of the cutting wheel. This machine can also set the cutting speed according to different samples to improve the quality of the cut samples. It offers both manual and automatic cutting modes. The large volume cutting chamber is more convenient for the operator and is one of the essential sample equipment for metallographic experiments in colleges and universities and factories.
